Welcome and Introductions – Robin Steele
Opening Prayer & Requests
- Gary Gooch – continue recovery
- Robin – skiing accident last month, recovering from being knocked out
- True Vineyard team going to Rwanda on Wednesday
- Merlin’s son-in-law (Norm) having stem cell transplant tomorrow or next day. In Syracuse, New York
- Report from Santiago in El Paso – partnering with other ministers in the area to reach out to the barrios.
- Chad’s father-in-law, Len Harms, has eye problems. Had two cornea transplants. Pressure in his eye needs to remain low.

Treasurer’s report
- Bob Smith motions and seconds we accept treasurer’s report.
- Balance as of March 8, 2011 is $621.51.
- John McComb makes a motion that we give $100 each to Southside, Salvation Army, Giving Hope since there are funds available now.
- Sonshine seconds.

Old Business
- Congregational letter explaining role of SMMA distributed.
- Report and letter of thanks from Giving Hope.
- First marriage event held at Solid Rock with 7 couples.
New Business
- May 5th – National Day of Prayer. John, Tom, and Jason will organize and report back.
- Working with the school to plan and organize baccalaureate. Robin is heading up the committee. Speaker is usually somebody who has a graduating senior. No one in the group has a senior. We recommend Robin to speak, maybe Lino from Sinai.
Presentation
- Dan Davis – Started Hope Chapel in Austin and had a heart to connect with other pastors. He stepped down in ’93 to network and support pastors. Pastors need a safe place to be themselves where they can experience Grace. 18 small groups of pastors in Austin. 120 pastors involved. Meet once a month for 2 ½ – 3 hours. Sign up with a priority to attend. Ask for 9 meetings.
